APPOINTMENT TIMING: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you will be more than 10 minutes late, please notify us BEFORE the appointment as the following appointments may need to be moved back. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may lose your slot.
APPOINTMENT PREP: Please arrive with freshly washed hair free of styling products.
CANCELLATION: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you do not cancel your appointment within this time, you may be charged the full cost of your appointment.
EXTENSION RISK: The extension application methods used are considered low risk. You will be told of any inherent risks with any service. For peace of mind, you are fully insured against injury to your hair.
PAYMENT: You can pay by bank transfer, cash or with a card via PayPal. Please ensure you make payment after service completion. You will not be able to pay later. If you need to pay by bank transfer, please ensure you have the facilities to do so or complete payment before your appointment.
DEPOSITS: Hair deposits are non-refundable.

EXTENSION MAINTAINENCE: 1) Avoid organic shampoo. Keep hair clean and tangle-free. 2) Using dry shampoo will cause hair extensions to deteriorate quicker. 3) You are free to use heated styling tools. It is recommended a good heat protectant is used. 4) Do not sleep on wet hair. 5) Ensure hair is detangled before and after swimming in the sea or a chlorinated pool. 6) If there is matting, please try to separate hair gently. Get in touch if you are concerned. 7). Do not wear your extensions longer than the recommended period.
HAIR EXTENSION PROBLEMS: 1) The purchasing of your hair is undertaken for your convenience. In the unlikely event of a problem with the extension hair, all possible actions will be taken to resolve the problem on your behalf. As Secret Extensions is not reselling the hair, the responsibility for quality will remain with the manufacturer. 2) For strand-by-strand methods, it is common to lose 2-5% of your hair extensions within 10 days if the original installation. Any extensions lost within this period will be replaced free of charge within one month of the original install date. 3) It is common for the lower row of hair weave to feel that it is slipping. This is due to the area having high mobility.
HAIR EXTENSION SAFETY: The safety of your natural hair is taken very seriously. To maintain the health of your natural hair, it may be necessary to restrict the length and weight of hair fitted.
