We are unable to refund  Hair Extensions or Hairpieces unless goods are faulty.  If goods are faulty you are required to inform us within 7 working days.  We are happy to exchange hair if notified within 5 working days.  You will be responsible for the price of the return delivery.  We require goods to be returned via a trackable delivery service
