The consultation is a no obligation informal chat, which allows you to find out detailed information about the service and give you a realistic idea of what to expect, it also allows the technician to evaluate your suitability for the service.
Although these extensions are the gentlest, least invasive or restrictive available it is imperative that there is a thorough consultation. If you suffer unusual hair loss whether it is a result of pregnancy, stress or chemotherapy treatment this must be discussed during the consultation.
To get the most out of your consultation write down any queries or concerns you would like addressed, bring along images of how you would like your final hair extension style to look. During the consultation you will have an opportunity to view and feel different hair extension hair types and decide which you prefer. You will have the opportunity to arrange to supply your own hair if you prefer.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR HAIR EXTENSION CONSULTATION
You will have a few sample hair extensions fitted so you can have an accurate idea of how the hair extension attachments look and feel. A record of the consultation including a colour match record will be kept. It is very rare that you will be deemed unsuitable to receive the service, should this be the case your consultation fee will be refunded. To book a hair extension service you will need to leave a 50% deposit. All payments must be made in cash; a receipt will be issued for all transactions. The consultation usually lasts between 30 – 45 minutes.
During your Hair Extension Consultation you will receive a written quotes (for one or more potential hair extension styles) along with a clear illustration of where your extensions will be placed. Full aftercare directions are reference details of past clients are also presented to you.
